Like any organization involved in third party billing, after medical treatment and services have been rendered, we require your assistance with prompt payment. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your primary insurance carrier. It is critical that you provide us with the correct insurance information to ensure we receive timely payment. If you provide us with incorrect information and the insurance company denies your claim for untimely filing, you will be responsible for your entire bill. If your insurance carrier does not pay your claim within the industry-standard 21 to 45 days, we will inform you, so that you can encourage payment. The insurance company will generally be more responsive to your inquiries because you own the policy. You will be billed for any balance that is not covered by your insurance.
Please bring your most current insurance card to each appointment. Cash only copays are due at the time of service.
Self Pay Patients
We are happy to see patients on a self-pay basis. We offer competitive office visit rates and seek to minimize your medical bills by keeping current on the most economical prescription drugs and using the most economical laboratory to read your Pap smear. Additionally, Dr. O'Young is a big fan of coupon savings and she watches what discounts are being offered by the pharmaceutical industry or local pharmacies.
Full payment is expected at the time of service. Call us for our current office visit rates.
